Shipping Policy

We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. We are unable to accept orders for delivery outside the UK.

Any delivery charge is shown in your basket and at checkout before you pay, and is included in your order total. UK mainland standard delivery is £3.95, and free when you spend £40 or more on products (after any discount).

• We aim to dispatch orders within 5-8 working days of the order being placed. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
• Orders are sent by standard UK delivery, which normally takes 2-3 working days after dispatch.
• At busy times, such as Christmas or during a sale, dispatch may take a little longer. We will tell you if your order is going to be significantly delayed.

If we have not delivered your order within 30 days of your order date, or by any later date we have agreed with you, you may cancel and receive a full refund.

You will receive an order confirmation by email as soon as your payment goes through.

If you are signed in to an account when you order, we will also email you when your order is dispatched, with the courier and tracking number, and you can see the status of your order in your account. If you check out as a guest, please email us with your order number for a dispatch update.

• Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout, as we send orders to the address you give us.
• If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, email us at info@kantiskincare.com and we will investigate with the courier. If it is lost, we will send a replacement or refund you in full.
• If your parcel arrives damaged, please email us with a photo within a few days of delivery and we will put it right (see our Returns Policy).

Responsibility for your order passes to you when it is delivered to the address you gave us.
